LEAGUE OF MILWAUKEE ARTISTS

The League of Milwaukee Artists formed in 1944, is a visual artists organization.  Its purpose is to bring together sincere creative artists for the mutual advancement of its members and its works, and to promote interest, appreciation and understanding of art in Milwaukee.  The artwork created by nearly 150 artists is as diverse as the artists themselves, with members coming together from a four-county area.
